What will you do?

  • Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility

  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision of the 4 I’s: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner

  • Manages multiple projects and administrative and scheduling details simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Lead, manage and publish project meeting results, actions and milestones

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining multiple project schedules

  • Development of MS project templates

  • Complete projects updates, analysis of Critical Path with regards to OLA’s and SLA’s, scope and resource impacts, and ensuring accuracy of project schedules.

  • Regular interaction and episodic training with Client Services, Production and Engineering. Periodic interaction with the Label group, Inventory Control, Receiving and QA.

  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

How will you get there?

  • Multiple project and project office administration experience necessary.

  • Self-disciplined at managing tasks needing to be completed on a timeline

  • MS Project experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Ability to follow-through and interface with team members participating in required schedule projects and activities

  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment with frequent interruptions

  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats

  • Associates Degree and at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical environment

  • Project Management Certification preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S./B.F.A.) from a four year college or university, and at least 3 years of highly satisfactory experience as a Project Planner; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
