Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician I for Antibody Filling will be responsible for daily bottling of all eBioscience products. These responsibilities include bottling, pipette maintenance, stocking inventory, and data entry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.): As a Manufacturing Technician I for Antibody Filling, this individual will perform jobs as specified by the supervisor. This technician will follow departmental policies and procedures per departmental SOP under supervision. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Completing assigned work order and/or batch record and securing necessary documents under supervision.

  • Prepare and initiate all prep work for assigned work orders.

  • Bottle assigned antibody or reagent.

  • Complete all tasks relating to Ab filling including making TDSs and tech review.

  • Learn all the necessary equipment associated with the job under supervision.

  • Input all necessary data into FileMaker, DCW, and EBR databases.

  • Fill out all necessary documents associated with the work order.

  • Maintaining the lab supplies and re-ordering as necessary.

  • Complying with department and regulatory policies

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma, Bachelor of Science degree in Biology

  • 0 - 3 years experience in a related field, preferably manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Manufacturing Technician I for Antibody Filling preferably will have experience in a manufacturing environment to support the business objectives:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
