How Will You Make an Impact?

OneSource delivers a simplified development solution with expertise in drug substance and drug product development, getting customers to market faster. As a Program Manager you will oversee cross-functional and cross-site project teams to guarantee project and business management activities are executed in line with the customer requirements.

What will you do?

  • Serve as Project manager for all business aspects of the assigned product portfolio

  • Continuously prioritize tasks, analyze the different programs to maintain an overview on the program and to identify and mitigate any risks.

  • Act as the primary customer contact for assigned active and dormant projects for both drug substance and drug product activities.

  • Proactively manage routine or periodic contact with our customers and work closely with our sales team in order to develop new business

How will you get there?

Education

Bachelor of Science required, advanced degree a plus

PMP Certification preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5-10 years relevant industry experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience

  • Strong customer facing experience

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Proficiency using MS Office applications

  • Strong planning ability: ability to develop a clear and detailed plan

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices

  • Management experience a plus

  • Experience with Pharmaceuticals: : Drug Substance and Drug Products a plus

  • Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others

  • Ability to make and meet commitments

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 30% on an annual basis.
