Position Objective

This role is responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfer and other high-impact business projects for the Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) business unit. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and will leverage project management and team leadership skills to help drive projects through inception, implementation, and completion across the EPM Operations network globally. The role must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, requires strong communication and leadership skills, coupled with project management experience.

Essential Functions

  • Drive project teams to complete NPI, product line transfer and other critical business opportunities

  • Present to executive leadership project plans, with supporting due diligence and financial analysis

  • Develop project plans and execute projects in accordance with Global Moves Playbook

  • Develop cross functional relationships across the organization to drive project alignment and progress

  • Drive organizational effectiveness in direct labor (DL) and indirect labor (IDL)

  • Manage project teams at pitch and catch site (remote) locations to execute product transfers

  • Develop and manage approved project budgets including capex and opex line items

  • Drive improvements in manufacturing processes post project implementation

  • Facilitate issue resolution and/or appropriate escalation

Education:

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or 7 years of equivalent work experience. Experience in a complex manufacturing environment highly preferred.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and/or project management

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience & demonstrated executive-level reporting and presentations

  • Solutions oriented with a forward-focused mentality; see problems coming and develop strategic solutions
