Job Summary

Provides direct quality support to ensure record integrity, tracking, and prompt delivery of documents to internal

and external customers; thereby ensuring the Company operates within regulatory and customer requirements.


  • Receives, organizes and processes documentation for filing and storage. Retrieves records, follows up, and interacts with internal and external customers regarding record distribution.

  • Copies documentation as required per client.

  • Performs simple data entry into site system.

  • Performs simple to advanced searches for information as required.

  • Complies with all job-related safety and other training requirements. Employee’s responsibility to work in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Five years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.


Ability to tolerate repetitive work with undiminished quality. Ability to work independently to start and complete

a project. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-starter, mature, independent and

dependable. Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, able to multi-task and is results-oriented.

Work requires a high-degree of organization and the ability to direct own work. Effective time management and

prioritization skills. Requires discretion and independent judgment. Very high degree of interpersonal skills to

establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public, including tact to handle

sensitive matters. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
