How will you make an impact?

In the Logistics Specialist role , you will work with a fast growing customer base, the service organization and service logistics in particular is a very dynamic organization. As a logistics specialist you will directly impact our ability to support the wide variety of installed tools at our major customer accounts while at the same time ensuring that the service logistics organization can mature its strategy to globally support the growing market. After an introduction period at our office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, you will work together with an international team of colleagues to pro-actively ensure spare parts availability across our global warehousing network with specific focus on supporting the roll-out of NPI tools. This position is located in Hillsboro, OR.

What will you do?

  • Be the counter part for field service management concerning service logistics support for our major global customer accounts

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to facilitate tactical and strategic decision making on spare part inventory support globally

  • Review inventory levels globally and challenge the organization on spare parts definition as well as actively pursuing inventory reduction to meet our financial targets on net inventory

  • Be the global planning representative within the North America Service Logistics team and for NPI related projects in the US.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters degree a plus

Experience:

  • 3-5 year experience within the integrated supply chain, preferably in a high tech service environment

  • Familiar with working in an international team / environment in an independent way

  • Experience in complex data analysis, connecting quantitative and qualitative data.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Possess knowledge of supply chain management, MRP, forecasting, and inventory management

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to work with large and complex data sets

  • Building relationships and alliances across the organization and leveraging your network to understand business needs. Strong communication skills

  • Organized, high attention to detail, work in a structured manner. Customer, team, and result oriented
