The Sales Support Partner is a leader aiding in the delivery of astonishing results across multiple capabilities. This person possesses an understanding of customers’ needs, sales process, and business operations to facilitating and continually aligning solutions within the sales and demonstration team organization.

The Sales Support Partner is responsible for coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business streams, managing business operations for customer training and customer requests, supporting marketing collateral needs for account managers and enabling a positive experience to our visiting customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage demanding customer training business operations including: scheduling on-site visits, welcoming customers, coordinating annual application course dates with cross-functional partners, and coordinating internal application training course dates partnering with the service organization.

  • Host regular program meetings and deliver timely status updates to all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate seamless support for customer visit for demonstrations, including managing of company collateral for customer gifts and catering for customer demonstrations.

  • Provide visa invitation letters to foreign customers.

  • Direct liaison for Americas Account Managers and Agents (customer in North, Central, and South America) supporting marketing initiative, such as customer workshops and advertising.

  • Develop and share best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

This customer focused position is ideal for an experienced technologist wanting to be involved with a dynamic team and exposed to a constant variety of customer application areas. The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

  • Typically requires a University degree.

  • Knowledge project management.

  • 3 or more years of experience in a relevant positions.

  • Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience.

  • Customer interfacing skills a must with internal and external customers of all levels in the scientific community.

  • Proven ability to interact with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and manage demanding event schedule during peak season.
