Primary duty is to perform work that requires advanced knowledge of the Capital acquisition process. In performing these duties, the Contract Analyst exercises discretion and independent judgment to include the review, evaluation, and maintenance of Capital contracts and proposals along with acting as a liaison to the Commercial Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams regarding contract reviews.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Understands business issues that are influencing the capital market; resourceful and creative in identifying process improvements.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, efficient, and with exceptional abilities to follow-through, multi-task, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills are required. Candidate will have the ability to articulate complex capital situations clearly and concisely in order to obtain operational buy-in through verbal and/or written analysis of a situation and through negotiations.

  • Proven ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, incorporate external and internal information, draw conclusions from ambiguous data, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines.

  • Experienced in leading and coordinating work within cross-functional teams, including with senior management. Able to build strong relationships with co-workers and Vendor Partners.

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint are required; COGNOS and Visual Basic experience is a plus

  • Strong personal commitment to continuous learning, career progression, skills development, and opportunities to stretch capabilities highly desired.

  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Finance, or other relevant background

  • 5 years of writing, negotiating, and processing business contracts, or related work experience
