Position Summary:

Administers accurate rebate pricing to customer accounts using Thermo Fisher’s complex pricing systems. Results are highly visible to customers and can affect customer perceptions of Thermo Fisher, customer relationships, DSO and audit liability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts and addendums on a daily basis.

  • Work with a team of 4 to ensure rebate contracts are loaded within a 24 hour time frame of receiving them from the supplier.

  • Effectively communicate contract issues & trends to Rebate Supervisor.

  • Work with Pricing Administration to assist in helping them resolve contract issues.

  • Accurate results are imperative as errors directly affect customer pricing and our selling margins.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or 0+ years of experience in a multi-functional, high-volume processing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • A basic understanding of rebate and pricing terms is a plus

  • Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word), team player, detail- and service-oriented

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or 0+ years of experience in a multi-functional, high-volume processing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical and customer service skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, Access, Outlook, Word skills
