We need a passionate, high energy, and results-oriented commercial leader with a creative and analytical mind to drive business growth by directing continuous improvements and leading projects from strategy through execution. This role will support the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) as part of the growing Sales organization.


  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills

  • PPI process knowledge/expertise. Leverage the PPI tools/processes to execute various project.


  • 3+ years’ experience in project management, PMP certification is a plus

  • 5+ years in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Science Industries

  • Capital equipment and/or consumable sales experience preferable

  • Ability to manage/ prioritize multiple projects

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Must be highly analytical and business acumen

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiation and teamwork skills

  • 15% domestic and international travel

  • Bachelor’s degree, but MBA or advanced degree preferred
