Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use MPS/MRP in ERP system and to drive production planning

  • Manage key item settings in ERP system to ensure proper system functionality

  • Manage product schedules and monitor excess inventory

  • Monitor and reconcile exceptions

  • Review forecast loaded in ERP system, along with reorder point levels buy signals are accurate for Buyers

  • Expedite material to fulfill product demand

  • Communicate with the team regarding any issues affecting on-time delivery

  • Balance customer demands with available material & capacity while establishing the production schedule

  • Partner with purchasing to resolve any parts issues & confirm material availability

  • Coordinate with operations to optimize schedule adherence

  • Collaborate with various departments to minimize schedule changes

  • Participate in Practical Process Improvement projects

  • Reporting metrics such as inventory projections, Sales Order backlog status, WIP, etc.

  • Experience working with Intuitive ERP, Agile is a plus

  • Experience working in an Engineer To Order or Design To Order would also be considered a plus as well

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with MS Office products with expertise in Excel

  • Excellent Organizational, documentation, and communication skills

  • Experience working with Intuitive ERP, Agile is a plus

Non-negotiable Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business or related field (supply chain management, logistics, operations, etc.) or 5 years production planning experience

This position is not budgeted for relocation.
