How will you make an impact?

* *This position will be 10-hour shifts from 6:00am – 4:30pm on rotating days, plus every other weekend**

The candidate will be responsible for the routine performance of operations in support of the manufacture of commercial and clinical biologics. These support activities consist of environmental cleaning of ISO classified areas and various support tasks to perform the ISO cleaning. The technician typically works 10-hour shifts in a 4 day per week schedule operation.

What will you do?

  • Execute work instructions and SOPs, with focus on right the first time executions.

  • Maintain cGMP compliance in assigned work, including documentation of all activities to meet cGMP requirements.

  • Participate in other required activities (perform safety inspections; participate in improvement projects, etc.)

How will you get here?

Education

  • High school diploma/GED minimally required.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in a regulated environment a plus

  • Proven good attendance record

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Knowledge

  • Understanding ‘why’ and not just the ‘how’ of processes and practices

Skills

  • Strong computer skills preferred (Windows and Microsoft Office)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic math skills

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Good communication skills, including legible penmanship

  • Able to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Able to work a rotating schedule

  • Able to gown and work successfully in a cleanroom environment
