The Marketing Specialist is part of the Laboratory Products Division (LPD) which unites deep scientific expertise, a collaborative culture and rich resources to deliver the lab equipment and consumables that our customers need to achieve their scientific goals – quickly, reliably and safely. How will you make an impact?
You will be responsible for partnering with marketing teams to develop integrated communications across multiple outbound marketing channels to drive end user demand and accelerate growth
What will you do?
Work closely with the North American commercial sales teams to achieve financial goals
Responsible to build and execute North American marketing campaigns from concept to launch working with multiple channel mix/utilization, best practice, customer journeys, messaging and segmentation.
Support development of diverse assets, including advertising (print & online), collateral, direct marketing emails, trade show materials, video, photography, training, etc.
Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver the tactical assets to support Marketing plans.
Assists LPD marketing and sales operations in identifying and developing effective promotional, sales tools and collateral marketing pieces for the regional market.
Establish and evaluate key KPIs for campaigns and use data to optimize activities and make recommendations for future activities.
Responsible to manage and optimize sample and collateral fulfilment programs and tools
How will you get here?
BA / BS degree required / MBA preferred
3 -5 years of marketing experience and/or sales experience
Have managed marketing projects from ideation through completion of tactical deliverables.
Digital marketing competence
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Team player with excellent people skills and written / verbal communication.
Experience in leading and shaping regional marketing and sales campaigns, including optimizing activity/plans to meet business objectives.
Ability to engage with sales team members
Must work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects with direction.
Resourceful in solving problems.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated, engaged, and accountable.
